Drop-In Visits

Perfect for pets who love staying home but need care during the day. I’ll stop by for a 30- or 60-minute visit to follow their routine.

Services: potty breaks, litter box cleaning, feeding, water, medications, playtime, optional dog walk, snuggles, and updates with photos.

Dog Walking

Leashed walks for fresh air, exercise, and a potty break — perfect for keeping your pup active and happy during the day.

Services: potty break, leash time for exercise, GPS tracking of route, and updates with photos.

60-Minutes: $17

Overnight Stays

For pets who need comfort and companionship overnight. I offer in-home care so they can stay safe, relaxed and happy in their familiar place.

Services: 12-hour overnight stay (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM), evening and morning feeding, walks, potty breaks or playtime, medication administration, litter box cleaning, and updates with photos.

Transportation

I provide transportation to and from vet appointments, groomers, daycare, or other destinations.

Services: pickup, drop-off, supervision, and attentive care for your pet throughout the trip.

This package is designed fo frequent flyers who need ongoing care and want to save.

Services: each visit includes everything listed under the 30-minute drop-in service.

Why choose Zippy Critter Care over a pet sitting platform?

I prioritize the safety and well-being of your pets above all else. Unlike many sitters on larger platforms, I am fully insured and bonded, providing added protection for both your pets and your property. This extra layer of security ensures that you can have peace of mind knowing your pets and home are in trusted hands.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes! I am fully insured through Pet Care Insurance and bonded through the Business Insurers of the Carolinas.

Is there a fee for the meet-and-greet?

Nope! The meet-and-greet is completely free. I offer a complimentary meet-and-greet before your first booking so we can get to know each other, go over your pet’s routine, and make sure it’s a great fit — no pressure, no charge.

What is the difference between a drop-in & dog walk?

A drop-in visit includes full care such as feeding, medication, and playtime.

A dog walk is for exercise, and a bathroom break only, and does not include feeding, medication, or other care services. If your pet needs more than a walk, a drop-in visit is the best choice.

Is there an additional fee for multiple pets?

Yes. I charge an additional $4 per visit for households for with three or more pets.

Does the new client discount apply to any service?

Yes! New clients receive 10% off their first booking for all services (except service packages). The discount applies to the first five days of any request; additional days are billed at the regular rate.

Is there an extra fee for holidays?

Yes, there is an additional charge of $5 per day on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Is there a time frame for the cost-saving package?

Yes. All packages must be used within 60 days of the purchase date.

Do you charge extra for travel to my location?

There is no travel fee within my standard service area. A travel fee applies only to locations outside the designated area and will be discussed with you in advance.

How many drop-ins per day should I schedule?

Every pet is different. Most dog clients schedule three drop-ins per day to allow for evenly spaced potty breaks, while most cat clients schedule one daily visit for feeding and litter box care. Your pet’s needs and routine may vary, and I’m happy to help you choose the best schedule.

How does the Time to Pet app work?

The Time to Pet app allows you to schedule services, update pet care details, communicate with me, receive visit updates, and make secure payments - all in one convenient place.

Do I need to activate my Time to Pet account before the meet-and-greet?

You can activate your free Time to Pet app account either before or after the meet-and-greet — it's entirely up to you. However, activating it beforehand allows you to view your meet-and-greet appointment on the calendar.

Why can't I select a specific time when scheduling in the Time to Pet app?

The scheduling in the Time to Pet app is set up in time blocks to provide flexibility for the sitter. However, if you'd prefer a specific time, you can schedule within the available time block and note your preferred time in the Additional Details section. I'll approve it if the time is available or reach out with the closest option.

Can you administer medication?

Yes! I would be happy to administer any oral medication during the visit. Unfortunately, I cannot give any injections or handle needles.

What if I need a service not listed?

If you need a service that isn’t listed, just let me know! I’m happy to accommodate special requests. I’ll do my best to meet your needs and can provide custom pricing if needed.

Are taxes included in the listed service prices?

No. An 8% sales tax applies to all pet sitting services and is not included in the prices listed on the website. The applicable tax will be added to your total at the time of booking, and the full amount will always be clearly shown before payment is collected.

Are prices ever subject to change?

Yes, pricing for pet sitting services may change without notice. While I do my best to keep rates consistent, adjustments can be made based on factors like availability, length of service, travel distance, or special care needs. I recommend confirming the current rate when booking to avoid surprises.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will be charged in full.

How do I cancel a visit?

Simply email or text me and I will take it from there.

When will I be charged?

An invoice will be emailed to you at the end of your service period, which is due within 24 hours after the last scheduled service. If payment is not received within 24 hours, your card on file will be automatically charged. For service packages, the full amount will be charged to your card on file when you request the package.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payments can be made through the Time to Pet app using major credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex) or ACH/e-check. Alternatively, you can pay outside the app using cash, PayPal, Cash App, or Chime.
