PURPOSE

 When searching for a pet sitter for my own pets, I struggled to find someone who could provide the same level of love, care, and attention that I do. I wanted my pets to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while I was away — and I knew other pet owners shared that same desire. That’s why I founded Zippy Critter Care, LLC — to ensure pets receive exceptional care and their owners feel confident that their furry family members are in good hands.

At Zippy Critter Care, I understand that pets need care at all hours, which is why I don’t charge extra for services during evenings or weekends. Your pets' well-being is my priority, and I want to make pet care as convenient and affordable as possible. (Please note, holiday services do incur an additional fee.)

I will come to your home at the scheduled time to go over your pet’s care needs, routine, and any special instructions. This ensures the best care possible, gives your pet(s) a chance to meet me, and makes sure it's a good fit for everyone.

Pet Sitting Services

  • Description: Discuss pet care needs, routines, and preferences

Ideal for clients who need comprehensive care for their pets.


STANDARD DROP-IN

  • Description: 
  • Potty breaks for dogs or litter box cleaning for cats
  • Refreshing water and feeding as per your pet’s routine
  • Administering medications (if needed)
  • Playtime and an optional dog walk to keep your pet engaged
  • Snuggle time for extra affection and comfort
  • Time Frame: 30-minutes
  • Price: $16 + tax          *$4 + tax for each additional pet


PREMIUM DROP-IN 

  • Description: 
  • All of the above, PLUS light clean-up such as watering plants, washing pet dishes, taking out trash, washing pet bedding, tidying pet play areas, and vacuuming areas your pet(s) roam. Cleaning tasks are based on individual requests and can be further customized during the meet and greet. 
  • Time Frame: 90-minutes 
  • Price: $35 + tax          *No additional fees for extra pets when selecting this service.

Includes a potty break and leash time for fresh air and exercise. This does not include other care services listed under the drop-in visits. 


30-MINUTE DOG WALK

  • Price: $15 + tax          *$2 + tax for each additional dog


45-MINUTE DOG WALK

  • Price: $17 + tax          *$2 + tax for each additional dog

  • Description:  Includes round-trip transportation to and from your location for pet services, or from a designated location (e.g., a vet or groomer) to your home. The fee covers the entire travel from my base to your location and back, or from a third-party location to your home and back. Please note, if your location or the pickup location requires significantly more travel time or distance, the transportation fee may be higher. Any changes in price due to distance or time will be communicated to you before the service is scheduled. 
  • Price: $40 + tax (Base round-trip cost)        *$5+ tax for each additional pet

5 DROP-IN VISITS 

  • Description: Includes everything listed under the standard drop-in, which must be used within 14 days of the first visit.
  • Price: $77 + tax          *$3 + tax for each additional pet 


20 DROP-IN VISITS

  • Description: Includes everything listed under the standard drop-in, which must be used within 60 days of the first visit. 
  • Price: $305 + tax          *$3 + tax for each additional pet 

This service is perfect for pets who need regular care and/or companionship during the day, as well as for pet owners who may need light clean-up services while they're away.


Pet Services Description:

Home Services Description:

  • Taking Out the Trash: I’ll handle taking out the trash to keep your space tidy and fresh.
  • Washing Pet Bedding: I’ll ensure your pet’s bedding stays clean and fresh.
  • Tidying Pet Play Areas: I’ll tidy up your pet’s play areas to keep them neat and organized.
  • Vacuuming/Sweeping Pet Areas: I’ll vacuum/sweep the areas your pet roams to keep your home clean and free from pet hair.

Time Frame: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (choose any time frame within these hours that best suits you and your pet’s needs)

Price: $75 + tax per day          *$5 + tax per each additional pet per day

  

Please note, I may need to step out for short periods during the day, but your pet(s) will never be left alone for long. Your pet(s) will be left alone overnight, as I only provide care during the daytime hours. Cleaning tasks are optional "bonus services" and can be customized based on your specific needs during the meet and greet.

There is a $5 additional charge per day on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

The Time to Pet app allows you to schedule services, update pet care details, communicate with me, receive visit updates, and make secure payments - all in one convenient place.

You can activate your free Time to Pet app account either before or after the meet-and-greet — it's entirely up to you. However, activating it beforehand allows you to view your meet-and-greet appointment on the calendar. 

The scheduling in the Time to Pet app is set up in time blocks to provide flexibility for the sitter. However, if you'd prefer a specific time, you can schedule within the available time block and note your preferred time in the Additional Details section. I'll approve it if the time is available or reach out with the closest option. 

Yes! I am fully insured through Pet Care Insurance and bonded through the Business Insurers of the Carolinas.

Yes! I would be happy to administer any oral medication during the visit. Unfortunately, I cannot give any injections or handle needles.

  • 48+ Hours’ Notice: Full refund
    • 12-48 Hours’ Notice: No refund, but a credit for future services (valid for 180 days).
    • Less than 12 Hours' Notice: No refund or credit.
    • Frequent Cancellations: Three or more cancellations within 365 days may result in an account review.

Yes, there is an additional charge of $5 per day on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Yes, I do charge an additional travel fee for locations more than 10 miles from my base. The fee will vary depending on the distance from my location to yours. I’ll calculate the exact travel fee and relay it to you prior to our meet and greet, so you'll know the cost upfront before scheduling any visits. The travel fee is applied to each visit if your location is more than 10 miles away. 

Yes, as a new client, you will receive a 10% discount on your first booking for all services, except for the Cost-Saving Service Packages. Please note, the 10% discount will only be applied to the first five days of any new request. Any additional days beyond the first five will be charged at the full-service price.

An invoice will be emailed to you at the end of your service period, which is due within 24 hours after the last scheduled service. If payment is not received within 24 hours, your card on file will be automatically charged.

  

For service packages, the full amount will be charged to your card on file on the first day of service.

Payments are accepted through the Time to Pet app. You can pay using any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) card, or by ACH/e-check.
