Need help getting your pet to an appointment or back home? This service includes round-trip transportation for your pet — either from your home to a pet care location (like a vet or groomer) and back, or from a third-party location to your home.
The base fee covers the full round trip starting from my location. If your home or the pickup/drop-off point is outside my standard travel range, a higher fee may apply — but don’t worry, I’ll always confirm any additional cost with you before booking.

The Time to Pet app allows you to schedule services, update pet care details, communicate with me, receive visit updates, and make secure payments - all in one convenient place.
You can activate your free Time to Pet app account either before or after the meet-and-greet — it's entirely up to you. However, activating it beforehand allows you to view your meet-and-greet appointment on the calendar.
Nope! The meet-and-greet is completely free.
I offer a complimentary meet-and-greet before your first booking so we can get to know each other, go over your pet’s routine, and make sure it’s a great fit — no pressure, no charge.
The scheduling in the Time to Pet app is set up in time blocks to provide flexibility for the sitter. However, if you'd prefer a specific time, you can schedule within the available time block and note your preferred time in the Additional Details section. I'll approve it if the time is available or reach out with the closest option.
Yes! I am fully insured through Pet Care Insurance and bonded through the Business Insurers of the Carolinas.
Yes! I would be happy to administer any oral medication during the visit. Unfortunately, I cannot give any injections or handle needles.
Yes, as a new client, you will receive a 10% discount on your first booking for all services, except for the Cost-Saving Service Packages. Please note, the 10% discount will only be applied to the first five days of any new request. Any additional days beyond the first five will be charged at the full-service price.
Yes, there is an additional charge of $5 per day on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Yes, I do charge an additional travel fee for locations more than 10 miles from my base. The fee will vary depending on the distance from my location to yours. I’ll calculate the exact travel fee and relay it to you prior to our meet and greet, so you'll know the cost upfront before scheduling any visits. The travel fee is applied to each visit if your location is more than 10 miles away.
Yes, pricing for pet sitting services may change without notice. While I do my best to keep rates consistent, adjustments can be made based on factors like availability, length of service, travel distance, or special care needs. I recommend confirming the current rate when booking to avoid surprises.

An invoice will be emailed to you at the end of your service period, which is due within 24 hours after the last scheduled service. If payment is not received within 24 hours, your card on file will be automatically charged.
For service packages, the full amount will be charged to your card on file on the first day of service.
Payments are accepted through the Time to Pet app. You can pay using any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) card, or by ACH/e-check.
